Bulk Water & Water Utilities
Breton has an abundant source of water approved and certified by Alberta Environment. This high quality resource is utilized in the Village by two wells. The Reservoir has a capacity of 400,000 gallons. The Village of Breton has been metering water since September 2013.
Sewage treatment for the Village of Breton is provided by a series of lagoons consisting of 4 short and 2 long term detention ponds. The lagoon wastewater is tested and released at the end of October each year.

Breton also has a Bulk Water Station located at 5400 - 47 Street. There is a $75.00 refundable deposit required to set up an account.
